Homeschooling já é realidade no Distrito Federal

Homeschooling finalmente chegou ao Brasil e já está sendo regulamentado. O primeiro passo foi dado em Brasília, idealizado pelo Marcelo Aguiar, ex-secretário de Educação do DF. A promessa é que a plataforma, Plugged, estará à disposição da população de Brasília no primeiro semestre de 2021.

O homeschooling será acompanhado e fiscalizado pela secretaria de Educação, que também ficará responsável pela aplicação das provas de avaliação dos estudantes.

O material didático que será utilizado pela plataforma foi adaptado de uma editora que já atua no mercado de material escolar.   A estimativa da Associação Nacional de Educação Domiciliar é de que 20 mil estudantes em todo o País utilizam a educação domiciliar. Não existem dados quantitativos do homeschooling em Brasília, destacou o Jornal de Brasília.
